just outside Moose Jaw on Highway #2. The race was an out 21km, uphill
and 19km back downhill on a rolling road with 165 meters of climbing.
The weather was 18 degrees with a 6km SE wind.
2008 - Nathan Underwood, Saskatoon 0:56:33 - The weather was 27 degrees
with a SE wind at 22kph switching to e 26kph. The course was has a fair
number of long shallow climbs.
2009 - Cory Zetterstrom, Saskatoon 0:56:21 - Weather 16 C with a 2.4
km / hr wind out of the NW. Excellent weather conditions for a Time
Trial, not too hot or windy. Course - uphill slow rise to the turn around
with an elevation gain of 63 meters and 284 meters of climbing. Downhill
from the turn around to the finish line. Road surface was in good condition.
2010 - Chris Jensen, Saskatoon - 0:56:27
2011 - Chris Jensen, Saskatoon -0:59:20 - Moose Jaw Course was a southbound
out and back with start line being 2km south of Moose Jaw. Temp 20º
with riders facing a headwind SSW @20 at the start line / wind dropping
to 11km/hr during the return portion. Road conditions were exceptionally
rough at the north end of the course for several Km, and to a lesser
degree the far end of the course was rough also, with the middle being
newly paved and smooth. Topography was generally flat with one small
valley.
