Snow Bowl

In 2002 the Northern Bush Rastas put on their first Snow Bowl. Since then we've been putting on at least one every year. The Snow Bowls are races that are held in the winter on the Saskatoon trails. The races are similar to cyclo-cross races in that they are short laps and you complete as many laps as you can in a certain amount of time, typically 30 or 40 minutes plus one lap. That way everyone finishes at close to the same time. It's a great opportunity to retain or build race fitness, a chance to hang out with some of your cycling friends and a fun winter activity. Give the next one a try!
