The Rock and Road Cycling Club caters to all mountain bike and road riding enthusiasts.  Our mountain bike rides take place at Little Red River Park and road rides take place on the various highways around Prince Albert. 

The Club has played host to provincial level mountain bike races since the early ‘90s and is still going strong with the Pine Needle Classic mountain bike race.  On the road side of things our Club has deep roots.  We have hosted the Master National Championships and many Provincial level road races.  The past 5 years we have hosted a 2 day stage race in July and most recently the 2009 Spring Classic. 

The Rock and Road Cycling Club has been involved in trail maintenance at Little Red River Park. We hosted a trail building seminar with IMBA (International Mountain Bike Association), which helped club members learn how to build quality and sustainable mountain bike trails. 

Our Club has a NCCP Level 2 mountain bike coach and a NCCP Level 1 road coach.  We can provide coaching to all levels of riders, whether you are just starting out or are a seasoned racer.
